Important updates to DUO smartphone app!

Duo authentication using the 'Push Notification' method may fail to send to users' devices when logging in to NBME systems. All users on IOS and Android should update the Duo smartphone app from the appropriate app store to prevent a loss of push notification functionality. 

The latest version is 4.106.0.1515.1. This is visible in the settings menu in the Duo smartphone app. 

All users will still be able to authenticate using the 'Call Me' or 'Text Me' methods.

System Maintenance Alert

The Nuxeo Media Library application will be undergoing scheduled maintenance and will not be available Wednesday, May 13, between the hours of 7pm to 10pm EST. 

This update will also affect Surpass users as media will not be available to that application during this period.
