If you already have the Duo Mobile app installed on your device, click I have Duo Mobile. Skip the instructions on this page and click here for steps to add your NBME account to the Duo app.
This procedure is the same for iPhone, Windows, and Android devices.
- From your mobile device, launch the Apple App Store, Google Play Store, or Microsoft Store as appropriate and install the free Duo Mobile app. Look for the app with the green Duo icon.
- Click Yes if your mobile device asks you to accept Application Notifications.
- If asked, allow Duo to access your device's camera.
- Once the app has been successfully installed on your device, click I have Duo Mobile Installed to continue.
