Chrome is the supported browser for many TD applications. Click here to visit Google's page to download Chrome.
To prevent technical issues, make sure any Committee Members download and install Chrome before working in Surpass and Nuxeo.

Clear Chrome browsing data
If you encounter display or functionality problems while using applications in Chrome, try clearing your browsing data.

For Time Range choose All time.

Check the boxes for Cookies and other site data and Cached images and files. Other boxes can be left unchecked for this purpose.
After clearing your data, login to the Connect Portal again to access your application.
Enable pop-ups for an application
If you encounter problems with pop-ups while using applications in Chrome, try adjusting the settings to allow pop-ups for the site. Make sure that you are logged into the application (Surpass, Nuxeo, etc.) when following the instructions in the link.
